Not only will this keep you from eating you will get some quality time with the kids.
2. Wiggle those cravings away. Lift your arms up over your head and wiggle your fingers, chew gum, tap your feet, act like your conducting a symphony, just keep wiggling. After a few minutes you will not only lift your spirits you may actually forget you were having a craving not to mention you will be burning extra calories.
3. If you need something for the house or office walk to the store instead of driving. Take along your kids or a friend and make it fun.

When you truly listen to someone and they know you hear what they are saying, they are more likely to give you a positive response. Communication is very important in a relationship as it's the only way you can work out solutions to problems together. When your partner or friend talks to you, you need to give them your full attention and if you're not sure what they mean ask them by repeating back to them what you think they meant.
When you take time to truly listen to others, they will reciprocate by listening to you when it is your turn to talk.

Tummy Tightener
To work on your abs, suck in your stomach tight and hold for a count of 10 repeat 10 times. Do this several times a day to tighten abdominal muscles. It provides the same type of contraction as crunches.
Leg Pulley
Hold onto your lower leg just below the knee. Gently pull bent leg toward your chest and isolate a stretch in the side of your upper leg. Makes use of the right arm to pull bent leg toward the opposite shoulder. Hold for 10-20 seconds at easy stretch tension. Do both sides.
Getting motivated to drop a few pounds.
Think about how many pounds you want to lose. Next write down your goals for your program. Make a simple to reach goal for each week. Say, I would like to lose 2 pounds by and put the
date here. If you want to lose 20 pounds that can seem overwhelming, however by saying I want to lose 2 pounds, it seems much easier. Write a plan for what you will need to do to lose that 2 pounds.
For each pound you will need to eat 3500 calories less then you normally do. So if you normally eat 2000 calories a day and want to lose 2 pounds in 1 week you will need to eat 7000 less calories during that week or 1000 calories less per day. Now you know how many calories you can have per
day so simply work out a meal plan with 1000 calories per day.
Take time each day to dance around the house for 15 minutes and you'll burn more calories all day.
When you stick to your goal and lose the first 2 pounds it will make you more motivated to meet your next 2 pound goal.

At times it can be very easy to just say, forget it and let everything go. However if you stop
putting off the small things for more important things into the small things out of the way that he can finally check them off your list. Be sure to get at least several of the small things you need to get accomplished each day. Do them in between the thing's larger more pressing things and
before you know it you will see your list shrinking which will help take some of the pressure off. If you have been trying to start an exercise program, why not try and just do five minutes of exercise a day to start. Next week make it 10 minutes a day and just had five minutes a day each
week until you work it up to thirty minutes a day at least three times a week.
By breaking things up into smaller time slots it makes it easier to get in the habit and make you
less likely to procrastinate.

You can try aromatic oils, lotions and creams and massage them into your skin to relax and feel refreshed. Messaging will help you to relax when you are stressed. Try taking a hot bath with essential oils or bubble bath, light candles and put on some soothing music. The hot water will relax your aching muscles after ahard day at work. Give yourself or others an enthusiastic "Way to Go!" Visualize a positive outcome and you will get it.

Check to see if the plan includes the newest technology and trends to make your goal work.
Spend time each day working toward finishing all the tasks on your list and your goal will surely become a reality.

Take out a piece of paper and write down ten good things that have happened to you or for you in the past 24 hours.
For each thing you right down add "For this I give thanks" to the end.

I slept well last night
I had a wonderful relaxing bath
You will be surprised just how great a day you really had.
Sometimes we do not notice every little thing and when we have a bad day we forget to appreciate the simple things.
Make a habit of noticing the little things and you will learn to be happier each day.
Never underestimate yourself.
If you have been thinking about starting a new business or job and then catch
yourself thinking, oh I don't know how to do this or that to make this work.
Don't give up. You can always learn something new. Never tell yourself that you cannot go further in life just because you do not at this time have all the skills to do it.
If you are sick of working at the same job that you hate every day, you can get a new one even if you need to learn something new. You are never too old to learn. Write down everything you need to know how to do in order to start that new business or get that job and then mark off the things you already know how to do.
This will just leave what you want to learn.

Most successful people use visualization to help them become a success.
If you want to earn a million dollars this year, see yourself as already being in possession of the money.
Imagine all the things you will do with it and see yourself doing these things. If you have a dream house get a picture of it and imagine you already live in it.
Imagine how you will decorate each room. Go online and search through the furniture sites and print out a picture of beautiful rooms and hang them around on the walls to give you something to visualize.
If you want a fancy new car or boat get pictures of them and hang them up.
Imagine how you feel driving your new car or boat and where you will go.
The more you use visualization to make your dreams a reality the more your
mind will help you to come up with the way to achieve them.
Ask self what makes you feel sad?
What will it take to make you feel good about your self?
Do you have the ability to find your true happiness?
What truths are you storing in your mind that brings you joy?
Ask yourself what makes you angry?
Do you feel insecure? Do you have doubts? What are your fears?
What makes you laugh, cry, or hurt?
Do you look to outside sources for your happiness?
Do you find yourself saying when I get that new job, a baby, the new house, a new car etc. then I will be happy?
If so look inside yourself and learn how to feel an inner peace to bring you happiness instead of depending on outside sources.
